front panel:
The front panel
advertises “50% less fat than regular Velveeta”. This is a convenience food
that costs about the same as real, organic cheese. Its appeal is that it is
sweetened, pre-sliced, and keeps for 8 weeks in the refrigerator.
back panel:
Each ¼ inch slice contains 1.5g of bad fat,
420 mg sodium, 4g of carbs, and 2g of sugar. Regular Velveeta contains twice
the amount of fat. A typical cheese sandwich with two slices of cheese doubles
these numbers.
