This product touts high protein (27g) and 280 calories on the front panel. The serving size is 10.4 oz, which is two ounces more than the average dinner. Lots of good vegetables listed.

The long list on the side panel shows lots of worthwhile ingredients with some filler (xanthan gum) to give you that full feeling. Whole wheat flour is good.


 

back panel:

 

The four fat categories listed total 10 grams, but only 2.5g of this is saturated fat. Note that the first two fats are bad, but the second two fats are acceptable. Good amount of protein (27g).

 

Sodium is 630g, which is high. For carb-conscious dieters, net carbs are computed as 24g total minus 7g of fiber, yielding 17 net carbs.

 

The amount of mixed vegetables equals one serving of the 5 to 6 required per day. Microwaving removes much of the nutritional value of vegetables. However, this style of dinner is more nutritious than other so-called diet meals.
